Understanding the Crossed Daily Lows Support Alert
The crossed daily lows support alert reports whenever a stock crosses a previous day's low for the first time since the end of that previous day. This compares the current price to the daily lows for the past year.
These alerts are a variation on the idea of a 5 day high or a 52 week low.
The messages and the filters for this alert are the same as for the new low price alerts. In fact, this alert is a subset of the standard daily low alerts. This alert only reports when the number of days in the new low changes.
Default Settings
By default, the crossed daily lows support alert reports whenever a stock crosses below any previous day's low for the first time since the end of that previous day.
